This project included replacement of all interior walls, ceilings, mechanical and electrical systems as well as structural and seismic upgrades. A new EIFS Insulation System was added on the exterior CMU walls of the building.

 

The existing metal roof was reconfigured and re-finished to modernize the appearance of the 1950's era, 44,000 sf building.
