In addition to her extensive interior design and exterior renovation projects for corporate clients, Stephanie has the experience and in-depth understanding of the design and construction of governmental agency facilities, healthcare and laboratory facilities, military facilities, educational facilities and community buildings.  She has also worked on numerous Design-Build projects.  Her role as Architect and Project Manager spans all of the firm's projects. She holds a National Certification (NCARB) which enables her to seek reciprocity in all states. This allows the firm to go where ever clients need them to go. She is currently licensed in: California, Arizona Oregon, Colorado, Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. She is seeking reciprocity in Washington and Hawaii .

Recent projects include extensive space planning/renovation projects for JP Morgan Chase and other corporate clients, medical office suites and image branding projects for several doctors’ practices, and the renovation of the West wing of the Mental Health Nursing Tower at the Balboa Naval Hospital. Stephanie encourages group participation in the design charrette because it promotes a sense of pride in ownership which benefits the programming and design process.

Art has estimated over 250 projects ranging up to $50 million. Knowledgeable in all disciplines of a construction project (i.e. architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical), his estimates are usually within 2-10% of final construction bid. He reviews bids, estimates change orders and checks drawings for errors. His project experience includes military, municipal, educational, institutional, industrial, recreational, community, and retail projects.

 

Recent projects include multiple estimates for Vandenberg Air Force Base, Arrowhead Medical Center and several ongoing corporate clients.  Art is Project Manager for many Phoenix Planning projects. He is the LEED AP and LEED Project Manager on all projects requiring LEED Certification services
