The goal of the project was to consolidate five departments within the First Alliance Mortgage Company that were dependent on each other: Telemarketing, Marketing, Information Services, Mail Processing and Credit.  The image created was also essential; it needed to reflect the state of the art equipment and modern business approach.  The solution was achieved by developing a twenty foot wide by one hundred foot long perforated metal barrel vault ceiling with acoustical backing.  The luminous quality was achieved by backlighting the barrel vault.  The fresh and innovative interior ambiance of the barrel vault, as well as the bright accent colors in carpeting and artwork, keeps the energy of the Call Center pulsing throughout the facility.
