Remax - North Orange County Offices
This project was a modernization, renovation, and addition to a 1964 building. Extensive ADA compliance features were designed to facilitate public access over a site with more than twenty feet of grade change from street to the rear of property. Seismic upgrades were required, involving constant communication between the structural engineer, the field superintendent and Phoenix Planning during construction to find the most economical and time sensitive solutions.
Unique design features include curvilinear lobby and reception desk and walls. The building was zoned mechanically and electrically for future subdivision flexibility if needs change and future multi-tenants/multi-owners occupy the facility.
