The Scope of Work for this project included a new, 4,165 sf Boat Maintenance Building and the renovation of approximately 30,000 square feet of existing dorms and office in six existing buildings into upgraded office space, gymnasium space and shower and locker rooms. 

 

The New Boat Maintenance and Public Works Engineering Building contains offices, shop space, and boat maintenance space. In the existing dorm buildings, renovation included replacement of finishes, systems, and doors. Extensive rework of existing toilet and shower facilities included ADA accessibility. The third floor of Building One was gutted to install a new exercise and weight room complete with a locker room and associated showers.
